When I think back to this beautiful wedding at Oaks Farm in Surrey, the first thing that comes to mind is the overwhelming sense of joy that filled every part of the day.
From the excitement of the morning preparations to the celebrations that followed, there was so much warmth, laughter and love shared between family and friends.
One of the most memorable details was the couple's peacock-inspired theme. Rich colours, beautiful details and thoughtful touches brought a unique personality to the day and created a stunning backdrop for their wedding photographs.

Morning Preparations
The Bride
The day began with the bride getting ready surrounded by her closest family and friends.
There is always something special about these quieter moments before the ceremony begins – the anticipation, excitement and final touches that lead up to one of the most important moments of the day.
The bride looked absolutely beautiful as she prepared to walk down the aisle, and it was wonderful to capture those moments before the celebrations truly began.
The Groom's
One of the advantages of having two photographers is being able to capture both sides of the story.
While I photographed the bridal preparations, Tracy spent time with the groom and his family, documenting the anticipation and excitement as everyone prepared for the day ahead.
From helping with buttonholes and straightening ties to sharing laughs and final words of encouragement, these moments added another beautiful chapter to the story of the day and ensured no part of the celebration was missed.
A Heartfelt Ceremony
Set within the beautiful surroundings of Oaks Farm, the ceremony was filled with emotion.
As the couple exchanged vows in front of their loved ones, there were smiles, happy tears and so many genuine moments that reflected just how much this day meant to everyone present.
One of my favourite moments was seeing the happiness on the faces of family and friends as the couple celebrated becoming husband and wife.
Couple Portraits
After the excitement of the ceremony, we spent some time exploring the beautiful grounds of Oaks Farm for the couple's portraits.
These quieter moments away from the celebrations often become some of my favourites to photograph. With the Surrey countryside providing a beautiful backdrop, the couple were able to relax, enjoy a few moments together and take in everything that had happened throughout the day.
My approach to couple portraits is always natural and relaxed, focusing on genuine connection rather than stiff poses. The result is a collection of timeless images that truly reflect the joy and emotion of the day.
Reception & Celebrations
As the day continued, family and friends gathered to celebrate the newlyweds in style.
From heartfelt speeches and laughter-filled conversations to the celebrations that followed, the atmosphere throughout the reception was warm, joyful and full of love. It was wonderful to see everyone come together to mark such a special occasion.
