I'm Jo, a natural newborn photographer based in Bexley South East London.

I’m 41, married to my wonderful husband, and currently living life with our energetic 11-month-old Labrador puppy. While I don’t have children of my own, I’ve always had a deep love for capturing the connection between parents and their new baby.

My Approach to Gentle & Timeless Baby Photography


My approach to newborn photography is calm, relaxed, and baby-led. I create a peaceful space where your little one can be held, soothed, and simply be — no stiff posing, no pressure, just honest moments full of love.

I believe the beauty of these early days is in the small, quiet moments — the ones that often go unnoticed, but mean the most. My aim is to gently document your growing family in a way that feels natural and timeless.

I also photograph glowing mums-to-be, curious older babies, and joyful cake smash milestones. From bump to baby’s first birthday, I’m here to help you preserve each stage in a natural, timeless way.

The process

Book the date.



Booking in advance is highly recommended, as I limit the amount of booking per month to remain flexible. All it takes to secure a space with me is a deposit of £99.

My diary fills up 2-3 months in advance but I can sometimes fit last minute sessions so please get in touch still. Please enquire here to book your date in.

Preparing for your session


Before your session day, i will send you over a client guide to help you prepare for your session. Newborn sessions last anywhere between 2-4 hours depending on the baby. All others sessions are about 1 hour long.


THE BALANCE FOR YOUR PACKAGE IS DUE ON THE DAY OF YOUR SESSION

Receiving your photos


3 weeks after your session You’ll receive your online edited gallery. From here you will be able to choose your final images for the package you have paid for or upgrade your package if you wish to.

You will also have the option to purchase additional add-ons including images, prints and photo albums.

Welcome to my studio


Welcome to my photography studio, here I have everything you need for a fun relaxed session. Whether it’s a maternity, newborn, cake smash or family session, I can’t wait to meet you and create some beautiful photos for you. During my newborn sessions I will photograph a variety of different setups including some photos with props and some without props. Using Soft, natural tones and organic textures.



If you are looking to book in a Maternity photoshoot I also have a few dresses available for you to use, you can see examples of these on my packages page.


Sitter sessions are for when your baby has just started sitting at around 6-9 months and then a cake smash photoshoot for your little ones 1st birthday.
